How long will my delivery take?
Australia Wide: Orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday, before 12pm. Please note that any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following business day. For metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days & for rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days. All parcels will require a signature on delivery. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
What happens if the item I order goes out of stock?
If the item suddenly goes out of stock after your purchase, you will be sent an email promptly at which point you will be able to choose whether you would like to order a replacement or receive a full refund or store credit.
For pre-orders, the date of a delivery is an approximate date and we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular day. If the approximate delivery date is subject to change, you will be notified by email.
Can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number upon dispatch which you can then track. If you have any issues, hit up our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer express shipping?
No, currently we do not offer express shipping. But if you need it urgently, email us and we can work out express shipping arrangements.
What happens if a part of my beach umbrella is faulty?
Please notify us via email at email@example.com along with images of the damage and we will absolutely get you fixed up! Please see our Refund Policy in the T&C's found at the bottom of the page for more details.
