RETURN CONDITIONS
We hope you're absolutely in love your latest beach product but if you're not obsessed, we're happy to provide a full refund or online store credit. Please contact us via email at hello@itscocoandpeach.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to organise your return.
Your items must be in the original packaging and be in the same condition it arrived to you in for the return.
You will be required to pay for the return shipping of the item and we will not be liable if there is any loss or damage during transit. We suggest using a trackable delivery service so you can keep track of the item until returned. Once the item is received, please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal account or original payment method.

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT
If there is an issue with your product or your product is faulty, please send an email right away to our team via email to hello@itscocoandpeach.com.au with an image of the concern; we've got your back!
We will cover the cost of the return as arrange the return from our end & require the item to be returned within 14 calendar days from the date received. We will either organised to replace the item at no cost to you and will dispatch from the date advised via email.
REFUNDS
If you opt for a refund, once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Following inspection, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund via email.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
